How does the free trial work?
Free trial relates to your memebership at Shipclub. Your Free trial membership begins on the day you signup with Shipclub as a member and continues for 60 days. Once your free trial has ended, your membership will not automatically renew. You will not be charged membership after the trial period ends. . You will never be charged during your free trial, and you can cancel at any time. You may cancel anytime during your trial and your credit card will not be charged. If ShipClub.com is providing value, activate your membership, and continue at a flat yearly rate of $19.95, or switch to an three-year plan for as little as $14.95 a year. Don’t Worry. We’ll remind you. We’ll send an email before your trial ends so you can choose to activate your account and continue without any service interruption.


How do I track my packages?
Login to your account and track it directly from the shipment, or if you don’t want to login, you can simply input the tracking number at http://www.shipclub.com/track.htm . You will need to put in your tracking number for the shipment with the carrier it was shipped.


Who do I contact regarding my package?
Contact the carrier of the package directly for detailed information regarding you package. This ensures prompt and immediate response. Should you feel that the issue has not been resolved, please login to your account and create an Case Identification Number (C.I.N.) and this will be routed to the proper department to resolve your issue.


What does the logo represent?
The colorful logo represents the availability of 4 kinds of services we offer – Door to Door Luggage Delivery, Software Integration for delivery of packages, Software Integration for delvery of documents and Printing of United States Post Office stamps. At the heart of the logo is the world we share. With ongoing efforts thru Shipclub, we strive for peace throughout the world.
